Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Vidoveo — a website where you buy credits and spend them generating AI videos.
The short version
- Credits are monthly — a plan's credits are valid for 30 days from purchase and are spent per clip/image you generate.
- You're only charged when a clip actually finishes — a failed or blocked render is never charged.
- Don't use the service for illegal content, real people's likenesses without consent, or to violate someone else's rights.
- You own what you generate, within the limits of our generation partner's own content policy.
1. Your account
You need an account to use Vidoveo. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
2. Credits and prices
Credits are bought in monthly plans shown on our pricing page and spent when you generate a video or image — video cost depends on the clip's duration, image cost is flat. Credits from a purchase are valid for 30 days; any unused balance expires at the end of that window. Buying a plan again resets the 30-day window and adds to your balance — there is no automatic recurring charge, you choose when to buy again.
3. When you're charged for a clip
The cost is reserved from your balance the moment you submit a generation. If the generation fails for any reason — including if it's blocked by content moderation — the full amount is refunded to your balance automatically. You are only permanently charged for a clip that finishes and is delivered to you.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full payment details. Credit purchases are generally final once delivered, except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine billing error.
5. What you can't do
You may not use Vidoveo to generate content that is illegal, that depicts a real identifiable person without their consent, that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that our generation partner's own content policy prohibits (their filters apply on top of ours and their decisions on individual renders are final). You may not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without our written permission.
6. Your uploads and your videos
You're responsible for the prompts you write and (once supported) any images you upload — don't submit anything you don't have the rights to use. Finished videos and images are yours to use, but we only keep a copy on our servers for 3 days after generation — download anything you want to keep before then (see the Privacy Policy).
7. How the service works
Vidoveo submits your prompt to a third-party AI generation partner and returns the result. Generation can take anywhere from under a minute to several minutes, and — like any AI system — results can occasionally be lower quality, inconsistent with the prompt, or rejected by content moderation. We don't guarantee a specific output for any given prompt. Vidoveo depends on third-party infrastructure and generation services to operate; if that infrastructure has an outage, undergoes maintenance, or otherwise becomes unavailable, generation may be delayed, degraded, or temporarily unavailable until service is restored. Credit prices, and what a credit buys, may also change over time as the cost of the underlying services changes.
8. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including for abuse, fraud, or repeated content-policy violations. You can stop using the service at any time; unused credit balances are not automatically refunded on account closure except where required by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Vidoveo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vidoveo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
