Privacy Policy

This explains what information Vidoveo collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • We collect your email, the prompts you submit, and basic payment/usage records — nothing more than we need to run the service.
  • Your prompts and generated videos are sent to a third-party generation partner to be processed; we never share your email or payment details with them.
  • Generated videos and images are kept for 3 days and then automatically deleted from our servers.
  • We never sell your personal data.

1. What we collect

Account information (email, hashed password), the prompts and settings you submit for each generation, basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention, and payment/order records from our payment provider (order amount, status — never your full card or wallet details).

2. How we use it

To operate your account and generate your videos, to process payments and credit your balance, to prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection), and to improve the service. We do not use your prompts to train any AI model.

3. Who we share it with

Your prompt (and, once supported, any reference images) is sent to our AI generation partner to produce the video — they do not receive your email, password, or payment details. Our payment provider receives what it needs to process your purchase. We don't sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies and storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF-protection cookie required for the site to function securely. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Generated videos and images are stored on our servers for 3 days after generation and then automatically deleted — download anything you want to keep before then. Account and billing records are kept as long as your account is active and as needed for our legal/accounting obligations after that.

6. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see your full payment details. We use HTTPS everywhere.

7. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or correct inaccurate information by emailing support@vidoveo.com.

8. Children

Vidoveo is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

9. Where data is processed

Your data may be processed in a country other than where you live, including by our hosting and generation-partner providers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
